The hiring process was quite chaotic and they don't seem to have a established method of going about doing it. As I believe I initially responed to a opening in their portfolio valuation group, but at the 11th hour they re-assigned to their business valuation group, a position I did not have a lot of interest in.
it consisted of a phone interview with company president (where he made me call him which is highly unusual)
then an in person 4 yr interview with a test where they give you a balance sheet of a un-named company and ask you various questions.
finally I was asked to talk by phone to the principals of two other offices (by phone). which were pretty soft-ball interviews
