Over complicated interview process They assume they are among FAANG 6 coding questions in 120 mins...it's stupidity especially for experienced seasoned engineers Experienced engineers don't do hobby coding,they solve real world problems. Also debugging techniques differ , expecting same approach means you're sticking to set of ideas & not looking for any change in approach. Pathetic & Cringe

Irrelevant to the work involved. Over-complicated. Any original ideas for solving some of the datastructure and Algorithm questions were ignored. Guess the panel wanted standard answer set like found in many interview question forums. I did not feel that the interview process was a 2-way one where the interviewer also has a role to play in guiding the interviewee to a solution he/she feels is optimal. The whole process was abrupt and badly managed.
