It starts with an aptitude test. Post clearance the face to face begins. I have just given the 1st round yet and waiting for the further process which would be technical round with someone from Ireland team.

It went very fast and was efficient with 3 quick rounds of calls.

Had two rounds of interview with the functional team. Both the interviews were very interactive and positive. The focus of both the interviews were to set the expectations right from both the end. One thing which could be improved is the feedback mechanism after the interviews.
