After a couple of initial phone calls, there were 2 more formal interviews. All interviews were approx 30 minutes, including personality/experience based questions. The recruitment team were in constant contact with me. I was consistently given feedback, and able to ask any questions to gain more clarity. I got an offer and was happy to accept!
