Interviews took place right as COVID-19 restrictions were coming into place, which is why the process took much longer than usual. Over the course of a few days, I had interviews over Zoom with my hiring manager, future colleagues, and future "customers." They mostly asked about work experience and how I might approach the problems I'd be facing if hired. I was given one case interview where we talked through an existing strategic issue the company was facing and how I would structure my thoughts to address the issue. It was then a 3-week wait before I heard back because, again, COVID-19 made the future uncertain (i.e., would the job even still exist?).
