The interview process was 4 rounds and took 2-3 days to complete. I gave the interview in COVID time all through Zoom Video call and it went very smooth and amazing. The HR's and interviewer were very friendly and contacted from time to time and conveyed all the info.

Please read this if you don't want to waste your time after giving interview with company like @plivo. i will be sharing my experience and interview process here. Before even getting into interview process i asked clearly about interview rounds as confirmed by HR which was below is interview process and if i clear all these rounds they will be hiring me for this opportunity. Interview round type of round 1 Test assignment 2 Discussion on Assignment 3 Tech round 4 Tech round 5 Discussion with director 6 Hr discussion complete process took 14 days first week : Assignment Second week : f2f interviews on weekday After clearing all the round and Hr discussion with interviewers. i got confirmation that they will be hiring me for voice team and i had to meet to EM of the voice team. Meanwhile i was asked to share my payslip and other current employer details. Damage of My effort : -- Test assignment : i took 3 days of sleepless night in completing it wrote neat and clean code . First day interview : I had to take half day leave Second day interview : i managed to attend this round even though i had critical release in my current company . Third day interview : one more day( Engineering manager who again asked me HR question rather than discussion about team and work) My current company work. Travelling to @plivo office which was 15km from my office. Money wasted in cabs. After two days i got mail from HR saying we can not hiring you . Best part is EM was able to judge my skills just in 15 mints which HR and Other people of this company could not do in hours. My question to senior mannagement 1) why i was told 6 rounds of interview and you are done with our process. 2) if EM was the knock out round why i was not informed earlier. 3) why you could not reject me after very first round? 4) Why did you waste my time if you were'nt clear about your hiring process. My advise to management : Please send correct people for interview, improve hiring process and don't waste candidates time like this .
