Had 4 discussions/5 rounds Round 1 | 1.5hrs | Principal Arch Project deep dive / General tech questions Round 2 | 1 hr | Senior EM Managerial round. Discussion on Devops/QA/SRE. Round 3 | 1.5 hrs | Code Review Little waste of time. 10 lines code in Go, took 5 mins to review but the next interviewer was available after 1.5 hrs only. Round 4 | HM - DoE | 45 mins Continuation of conversation from explo call. Questions on how do you manage the team - good/bad performers. Details on the expectation from the role. Round 5 | EM | 1 hr Little stretch. Did not find the interviewer 100% into this. Managerial round. Questions on project/stakeholder management.
