The interview process consisted of three interview types:
1.) A 30-minute phone interview with a recruiter
2.) A 30-minute phone interview with your (potentially) new manager
3.) A 2-hour face-to-face panel interview with four senior staff members

Questions centered around previous experience with plants, how to handle conflict, how to handle consistent change, gauging your ability to work as a team player, and determining what you are looking for in an employer.

I met with a talent acquisition manager as well as five members of a research team working for Plenty out of Laramie, WY. I met with each person separately, and spoke with them for about 20-30 minutes at a time. They asked me a wide variety of questions regarding my past work experiences and how I handled certain challenging situations that I may have faced at work or school.
