Round 1 HR Call- Was a short call going over what Plenty does and what the role will be regarding Round 2 Hiring Manager Call- Goes over some basic technical questions and general questions about skills and your experience. Round 3 Take Home Assessment- A quiz comprising of 3 questions, mostly HVAC load calculation, psychometric or fan sizing questions. Round 4 Engineering Director Call- Brief call to discuss about big picture and role & responsibilities. Brief call with HR to schedule on-site interview On-Site Interview Comprised of a 4 hour interview. The first 30 mins is presentation, where you have to present your past project you have worked on. Then a 30 minute farm tour, followed by four 30 minute one on one interviews. One on One interviews involve technical questions ranging from fundamental thermal and heat transfer questions, suggestions for improving their systems, software skills to questions about your presentation.
