Very chaotic phone interview. The interviewer asked few questions, but interrupted my responses to talk about off subject topics. I had to refocus the conversation many times. I think they were testing my ability to focus on a certain topic. Not sure. Looking back, the interview was a sign of things to come.

Interview
It was a virtual interview that was held via Microsoft Teams. The interviewer was very friendly and explained the position and how it’s structured like a 1099 position. He asked me general questions about my experience and then told me they had a waiting list, but would add me to it.

A quick 10-minute phone screener to review resume and outline job functions. We discussed salary plus expectations of the role. The screener then shared the next steps with respect to training and paperwork required for the position.
