Pleasant Ridge Union School District interview questions

I helped in the classroom on a volunteer basis. They saw how I worked with the kids. When they needed an aide because one was leaving, they asked me to fill the position. The principal interviewed me and asked about my experience and why I thought I would be good for the job.
