I applied online through career services at my college, and the drafting manager from PMWI responded fairly quickly. I began about one month after first hearing about the interview and was called in for an in person (just one interview)

They basically just asked me about my personality, jobs experience, and a bit of my past life. nothing too intense. there is a little quiz on if you're able to read a section and elevation. its pretty dumb
