Hiring process was very fast, for better and for worse. They seemed less interested in whether I was a good fit for the role and more interested in my ability to just get the job done. While I understand companies can be looking to hire quickly based on need, the process felt a little rushed. At times, talking to HR felt like being pressured to help them hit their hiring quota.
