Playbuzz Software Engineer interview questions

The first interview included some scaling questions and the second one also included scaling related questions (regarding IIS). Questions: How would you design a service that has a lot of readers and small amount of writers? Do you know data structures for Redis/Memcached? The interview was fairly short, although all technical questions were answered perfectly.
