Filled out online app and uploaded resume. Took a month to hear back from them. When I returned their calls, all I'd ever get was voicemail. Played phone tag with them for another few weeks before an interview time was finally set up.

The 1st ten min, all the interviewer did was complain about the owner, his employees and the property. Then he bragged about firing the Chief and Asst. Chief Engineers. Then he complained how he was stuck managing the place by himself! Which is what happens when you fire your help. Seriously, that was the 1st 10 min!
The next 10 were typical, asking skill set and so on. Then it got really weird. He asks me do I have any questions for him. Well of course I do. I asked him what the pay was. And it sent guy off the rails. He asks me why I'd ask that. Tells me I need to ask HR those questions. Then I askef him about Benefits and again he goes off the rail, tells me to ask HR. I asked him where did he think I would fit in, in his scheme of things? What role would he like me to fill? By now the guy is losing it and says, where ever the hell I tell you too! At the end he tells me he will be forwarding my paperwork to HR and I will hear from them.
