Phone interview with site director, mock lesson with intermediate violins followed by a personal interview with site director and two other teaching artists. The in-person interview's topic matter was similar to the phone interview, but delved a bit deeper into the specifics of teaching methods and my proposed solutions to different in-classroom scenarios.
