The recruitment process took over three months and included two interviews and one assessment. Overall, the process did not feel particularly challenging, the interview questions were relatively straightforward, and there was no discussion or follow-up regarding the assessment. While the company itself came across as a great place to work, the recruitment process felt somewhat unstructured.
