It wasn’t good the interviewer was so rude and disrespectful.
They kept criticizing my background and were not professional and he started talking Chinese when I didn’t understand proper Chinese and I only put in my resume that I am a beginner level.

asked in detail about tpm, spc and quality control to with practical examples. asked behavior questions, fmea, control plan implementation. Interviewer was challenging with continuous improvement experience with examples. interview was tough and more detail oriented

What an absolutely awful interview process. Was quickly contacted for a phone interview. Followed up a few days later to schedule another phone call with the hiring manager. Took a few more days and we scheduled an in person interview. The in person interview was also with the hiring manager. The kid clearly does not know how to interview people. The HR woman was late to the room. I was told to budget 2 hours for the interview. It took 10. I was told there would still be one more interview. Companies that waste a candidates time will not get their pick of the litter.
