Applied online through my school and got selected for an on campus interview. The woman who interviewed me was very nice and asked all behavioral type questions. Got a call later that day that I made it to the next round of interviews. This was at their office and was an all day event. Each prospective intern got paired up with a two-year staffer who showed us around. I had three interviews that day. Manager, Senior Manager , and a Partner. Al consisted of behavioral questions- fairly relaxed. Everyone at Plante is extremely nice and interested in what you have to say.
