Interview
As an emergent hire they made the interview process simple & onboarding they were very helpful. After giving my resume I was called for an in person interview at the school. Then I was offered position a few days later from principal. The school district was immediately in contact with me as I was not in the state the day they hired me. They made the onboarding process as smooth as possible.

The interview questions were like any teaching position. A lot of situational questions and how you would handle them.
Asked a lot of questions about teaching strategies and how to differentiate lessons. Asked me to tell them a bit about myself and my previous experience. I was a first year teacher so I didn't have much experience.

Interview
You will have to teach a lesson in the spot and demonstrate your ability. If you’re a seasoned teacher it’s not too bad. However, this district isn’t title 1 minded.
