I got an email where I was asked to answer some questions regarding my experience and expectations, etc: After that, I was invited to an interview with HR, with basically the same sort of questions, some insights about the company, etc. Later I got an email that they made a decision not to move forward with me. I was confused because if that was the case why after answering the questions via email they invite me to a video call with the same kind of questions? So I responded know a little more about the reason and I got no answer afterward.
