Management was very cool. Interview lasted for an hour and just being able to have the floor and talk about my career led me to want to work here even more. Interview like that are not common anymore but that shows they mean business and care about their employees.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Planmeca USA (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2018
Interview
Contacted by a recruiter to discuss opportunity and see if I was interested, and then a phone interview with VP of sales, which concluded with a next step to be scheduled to come in to meet with the team. At that point, the process just abruptly ended. I received an email I was still under consideration and would be updated on next steps. I never heard another thing, and there was no response to a follow up sent a few weeks later to see if the process had stalled. Very unprofessional behavior towards a candidate.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Planmeca USA (Roselle, IL) in Mar 2015
Interview
It was very uncomfortable in a small, windowless office at first. The interviewers were very aloof and not focused. they seemed to scrambling for things to ask me and there were a lot of long, awkward pauses.
