PlanetMagpie IT Consulting interview questions

Roundtable Skype video meeting with the owners the Douglas's, and one of their other Systems Engineers. Was asked a few general tech questions relating to the position. Also some situational questions like 'what would I do, if....'. Overall forcibly awkwardly pleasant even when they brought up an old ghost from my past position who most likely blew it for me violating his separation agreement.
