I was basically strung up for 3 months from start to the time I was finally declined. I was told they were drafting an offer and confirmed all the details, but they ended up choosing another candidate. They still said I was great and wanted to look for another position, but it was annoying how little follow up I was given after that decline.

A recruiter reached out for a screening call who then scheduled the next call with someone on the team. I was then scheduled for a panel call before receiving an offer.
