The process seemed fairly formal. I met with the Owner and the VP of Operations. I first filled out an actual job application. When we met, they described the company and how it has changed and grown. They asked about my skills from current and past employers. They requested that I provide them with an outline of a Marketing Plan on the spot. That seemed inappropriate for a first interview.
