Interview
After applying online, the next day I spoke with a manager during my regular gym visit about applying, and we arranged an interview in the upcoming days. On my interview day, I went to the facility dressed in khaki pants and a polo shirt, akin to their dress code. The manager who I had arranged the interview with was at the front desk. I waited for a few moments and we sat at some nearby tables to commence the interview. The process took around 20 minutes.
The interview process was very good. Just a couple of questions and I was off. Manager was very kind, polite and friendly during the interview. Did not expect as much from a minimum wage job.
It took almost two weeks to get a call for an interview. I had a phone interview with the general manager. I was asked a few questions before I was schedule for an interview in person.

I was asked about my availability and customer service experience.
I received a quick 15-minute phone screening followed by meeting with the area and club managers. This all happened within about 2 weeks. I’d say the process was fairly typical to other similar positions.
