The interview was akin to a personality interview. I was in a conference room with 3 other developers from the IT department, and they went over my resume and asked me questions from it. It felt like more of a conversation. There were no technical questions involved at all.

Interview
I saw an ad for an "immediate opportunity"and sent in resume to HR. While HR was responsive and absolutely nice- the department folks I interviewed with with just "Plain Mean".

Question 1
The VP I interviewed with was on the verge of hostile and prejudiced against someone who was not from the area. The HR was efficient and reasonable but the department head I met was just "plain mean". Clearly an unwelcoming executive team.
