What Pizza Express offers is to prepare business plan for the restaurant with the relevant informations provided. This is followed by by you presenting it and answering some questions. This is followed by some behaviour questions based on your previous experience. My problem is that after spending 3 hours of my day doing all of this nobody was even bothered to contact me with any feedback whatsoever. When I emailed careers department all I got back was some lousy automated reply asking to check the recruitment portal. All I could see there is my application as neither successful or not successful and not active anymore. To summarize, whole idea of interview it is pretty good, but follow up process makes the whole interview experience extremely negative. Definitely wouldn't recommend any managers applying for positions with Pizza Express.
