I had a brief phone interview and sent in my resume. We then planned for the Chef to interview me in person. The one on one (in person) part was a fairly brief interview. I met up with the Executive Chef who explained the daily routines for the position I was applying for. He asked a few questions about my background and experience, then gave me a tour of the place. We discussed pay and benefits as well as hours expected/overtime. At the end I was given a job offer and he asked that I take a day or two to think it over. I called 2 days later and accepted the job, letting him know when the soonest day I could start would be.
