Phone interview at the beginning with the HR, then another interview with the team face to face in the office with multiple people, regular questions about about the position, you don't feel pressed.

Email process before interview was slightly haphazard. Interviewer did not seem that interested. There were some crossed wires and interviewer did not seem to fully understand me. Interviewer was a manager and seemed to want others to schedule his interview with me, as I gathered from the pre-interview emails. The other employees did not want to schedule his interview and insisted he schedule it himself.
