      Interview process was fair but involved many steps that can throw you off if you don't prepare. The best part about PitchBook is they were quick with moving me to the next stage in the process and were communicative in every portion of the interviews. The interview process consisted of multiple stages: Initial recruiter interview, hiring manager interview, take home quiz and a two part interview with managers and directors. Recommendation: Brush up on what the company is about and learn how to describe it and what they offer. Bonus points if you can talk about why you're interested in PB and what you're looking to learn.

      Interview questions include questions about PitchBook and your interest in the company. Also, expect many behavioral questions that touch on your background and how it can relate to the role and company. Q. Describe PitchBook Q. What does PitchBook offer? What do you know about the role you're applying for Q. Why are you interested in the VC/PE/M&A Space?/Why do you want to work here Q. Behavioral Questions (i.e. Can you give me a time when..you faced a problem, etc).

      They first got back to me 2/3 weeks after I had first submitted my resume. HR contacted me for a phone screening, after which I did an aptitude test. Did a virtual interview with the hiring manager, and then did a written assessment. HR then contacted me for the final round, which was an interview with the same hiring manager, then an interview with the director for the department on the same day. They said it was the last round, and HR would contact me again. Appreciate HR for being communicative with me throughout the process. It took around 3 weeks to schedule all the rounds.
