I had four rounds of interviews and had a writing project of between 500 and 1000 words. I interviewed twice with the hiring manager and with three other members of the team. The unfortunate part of the process is that after doing all those interviews and completing the writing project that was 1,000 words in length, I got a generic rejection email saying I didn't get the job. I didn't even get an explanation as to why another candidate was choosen.
