I was called back after dropping off my resume. It was a straightforward interview with two managers asking standard questions about experience, potential customer situations, and knowledge of food and beverage.
Usually you will get a call from Lacy in HR. They will ask if you have ever been to Pitch or eaten there. They want to hear that you like the food and if you haven't eaten there, they will tell you to come in and try it, then you can continue into the interview process. During the interview they will ask about your background, pretty generic, then most of the time will be them talking about Pitch.
