The process involves an initial Zoom meeting with the department's Engineer, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. If successful, you'll be invited for an on-site visit with a tour. Subsequently, an offer may be extended if everything aligns positively.

Interview
Started with a tour around the facility and factory. Got some basic interview questions and was asked to answer some basic junior-year structures questions. Proceeded to the lunch interview and talked about future prospects in the company. Met many people during the whole process and got hired on the spot.
