Only meet the HR Generalist and she was not educated about the position or department that I was interviewing for. Could not answer any of the questions I had about the position. She asked about what lead to my job hunt and other traditional interview questions that she had on a form in front of her. Was not very personable and seemed akward. The questions were easy enough to answer, but she seemed to not be interested in my answers.
