Pinocchio's Italian Restaurant interview questions

Very casual informal conversation mainly about any experience and availability. Felt comfortable the whole time and the manager was very friendly, asked to go for a trial shift then decide from there.

There was no interview usually because there are always need staff to work. They do like a test day to see if you like the job or if they like the way you work. You don't need to have previous experience as a waiter or waiting tables. I had never worked as a waitress before and it wasn't difficult for me. It is a restaurant that is always full of people and you work hard.
