Group interview mostly just to practice necessary hospitality skills. No one was turned down, just assessed on skills so they could be offered the correct type of shift that suited their abilities and knowledge

Despite being over qualified and having a very good interview as soon as my previously treated prolapsed disc was brought up it was as if I was chopped liver. They claimed they gave the position to someone who had just worked at a hotel where as despite my 6 years of experience I was not currently working at a hotel.
