I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Pink Tile Education (Brighton, England)
Interview
Interview process was 3 stages and then a trial morning. I was progressed through all stages with the expectation of an offer at the end of the trial morning after being told I was impressive and had done really well throughout the interviews. I was thrown in the deep end in my trial morning and was forced to make outbound calls to schools and try to gain leads with no training for their company or support. This was a lot of pressure but I still did it and thought I had done rather well as did other staff members there. It took 3 formal interviews, 1 trial morning and several outbound sales calls to gain leads for me to be told I had been rejected 2 weeks later and that they had decided not to hire anyone at all. Massive let down as I’m sure you can imagine.

Started with an initial phone call discussing my previous experience working with children etc. And then a casual interview in person mainly discussing my current situation and what to expect. Overall was a very quick process and not stressful.
