I was initially contacted by the Recruiter, for a quick interest assessment. Then all candidates are required to take the CCAT test. I am somewhat uncomfortable about the CCAT screening out potentially valuable candidates - but so far the company is resolute in continuing to use that. Once past that, I has a round of zoom interviews with the Hiring manager, then several members of his team, then with the hiring manager again. It took 2-3 weeks.
