The interview process was thorough. I started by interviewing with a recruiter and then moved to the accounting department, talking to a senior accountant and working my way up, completing about 5-7 total. The questions were standard and the people were friendly. There is a CCAT test that everyone must take and MUST score well on in order to even be considered. I didn’t take it seriously but luckily scored well enough to keep going in the process and eventually receive an offer. I later found out that many good candidates are disqualified for not scoring well enough.
