Interview
You apply online and are then told to take a CCAT & Personality test before meeting anyone. There is no human touch point. You pass, move on. You fail, auto responder email. While you are taking the test, you are told to give access to your camera and mic so they can record you while doing this. It's totally invasive.
The worst part about this is that a CCAT test does nothing for someone in Sales. Sales people are about the personality. Great Sales people are comfortable asking questions, listening to answers and finding a solution. Determining "What square comes next?" from a square full of patterns means nothing.
Horrible interview process. Disassociated with people when trying to hire people.

No travel, all remote Multi-phase spoke with hiring manager senior sales leader se manager and other peer sales folks. There were several rounds of interviews with the recruiter. Met hiring manager for lunch.

Not great . Very slow to progress. Turns out the admin was sloppy and HR where not very good at progressing contract. Thus has cuased problems for me further down the line . Some people where great .. others I have discovered not very honest

Interview process was a mess from each step. Multiple handoffs with recruiters and no shows during the interview process is very unfortunate.
Initial discussion of pay and expectations do not match up to 2021 standards. Very please it was a mutual agreement to end discussions. I would avoid until things adapt to the new norm of work.
