I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pima Medical Institute (Colorado Springs, CO) in Sept 2025
Interview
The interview process was very thorough and professional. It began with an in-person interview with the Program Director along with a second interview which included a teaching demonstration where I presented a 30-minute lesson on gastroenterology procedures. The process was well-organized, and I appreciated the opportunity to showcase both my medical knowledge and potential teaching abilities.

Interview
They are not looking for skilled professionals, more looking for people to quickly fill vacated positions. Questions are about availability hours, not knowledge level. Seems like they are just hiring quickly to get someone in place.
