Pilot44 Labs interview questions

4 stages: online skill assessment, 1 zoom interview with a future boss to get a feel of the company, 1 case study interview, 1 culture fit interview with another employee. Altogether took about 1.5 months

i just had a phone screen with the recruiter, but they didnt get back to me for 2 weeks. I did email them asking for an update but was also ghosted for another week. Just a trend in recruiting the last few years, senior roles would have senior recruiters, not anymore
