Hiring manager round is typical talking about your background Then they send you an online assessment. It is three parts, first two are basically essay answers for a debugging session. It's not too difficult if you have experience, but despite being an "open ended question" they are clearly looking for some specific items. Last part is basically a "practical" leetcode question through Woven. Nothing difficult, but kinda tedious especially with the time constraint. I got mine to pass and added a few of my own tests. Automated reject. Honestly whats the point of having all these "streamlined" assessments if it's just gonna be as cold as talking to a robot.
