Great phone interview, questions of experience and licenses. The review was easy and no pressure. There were additional questions of when will I be available for processing claims and working in a claim call center format
The interview process consisting of a brief phone screening with a member of their onboarding team. The conversation lasted under 20 minutes and comprised of generic interview-like questions. The interviewee was very inviting and made for a comfortable interview experience.

There was no interview just simply fill out the application. If they’re in need of help, they call you in for deployment and just like that you’re working weird I know right
