Interview
I was called in for a 20 minutes interview, very basic questions regarding competencies and general personality qualities. I was offered the position on the spot. They were hiring a group of people for the summer, and were in desperate need of help, so that may have contributed to the fast turn around. I had no sales experiences, but that did not seem to matter at all.
Simple and transparent process. After applying, was asked to come in to interview in person. Interview was professional and took around 45 minutes. Heard back from hiring manager within a week.

It was about 30 minutes long. The manager asked me basic questions about myself and the job. He wanted to know my availability and if I were able to unload the truck due to the boxes being heavy.
