Interview was pretty basic stuff. Why do you want to work here, what is your sales experience, what is your availabiltiy. How did you take a negative and turn it into a positive? I think they have a set interview process which is written down for management to ask. It all seemed that way to me at least. It was a casual and friendly interview. I felt comfortable and was not nervous about it.

Simple and transparent process. After applying, was asked to come in to interview in person. Interview was professional and took around 45 minutes. Heard back from hiring manager within a week.

It was about 30 minutes long. The manager asked me basic questions about myself and the job. He wanted to know my availability and if I were able to unload the truck due to the boxes being heavy.
