Name a time you had to resolve a customer service dispute?
Relaxed one on one interview with the store manager in the office of the store. Fairly basic and straight forward questions that you would be asked in any retail related interview. In retail you'll need to have open availability including nights and weekends.

The interview was quick and easy, didn't have any issues with the questions and the interviewer was very professional throughout the whole process. They asked about my professional background, a variety of different situations and what I would do in them, and what my expected salary was.

The interview was quick and straight to the point. Asked for my availability and work history. The person interviewing me was nice and did not felt much pressure through out the process.
