Interview
The interview was pretty standard. I interviewed with the store manager first, involving pretty typical questions. Once is completed that step, I moved on to a phone interview with the regional manager because the position I applied for was a lower level management position.
The whole process was easy going and fast. The staff was professional and polite. It is very sad this company no longer exists in brick and mortar stores but only online.

Interview
The interview was easy and straightforward. They don't take up too much time with unnecessarily long interviews. I had one interview with the store manager. She asked the basic questions you'd expect for retail. They are focused on customer service.
