Pie Pay interview questions

I received a call from the initial recruiter that explained the position in Mesquite, TX is commission only. Seemed the the pay being described is super inflated. I am very skeptical of what sales reps are actually making.

It was over the phone, the hiring recruiter was very nice and informative. Gave me the break down of who they were and how they operate and what the pay structure would be like. They also provide paid training which is a plus
